I am an all-purpose website developer competent in user flow, content organization, interactive development and content management. My tools, as you requested, are PHP and mySQL. I have written a number of content management systems, shopping carts and information gathering applications.

I can't think of exactly what sort of functionality a busy realtor needs on the web. You might be interested in the ability to update websites using a web browser. My favorite approach is to place an edit/new button attached to each element on a page. Sometimes there is a template that shows to help format appearance more easily.
