I found your ad for 'Director - Project Management' on Monster.com and would like to be considered for the position. I am a broadly experienced technology executive. I have run software teams, customer service teams, provided  technical sales support, built companies and have spent much of the last several years writing custom websites. However, the most important strength that I will bring to Leapfrog is that I am 'Highly self motivated and resourceful'.

My most recent project was the successful implementation of an online backup company. I conceived the idea, calculated the business model, wrote a business plan, arranged the financing  and then implemented the business  plan. I hired and managed our technical support vendor, bought and managed the implementation of the server system, managed the marketing/branding and website content process. I also wrote a very complex website application. It was a huge project for which I kept track of a thousand details and made it all work.

A technology recruiter (and friend) named Rich Speziale told me to look for opportunities at Leapfrog. He says that you are a smart, innovative company that is growing very well. I believe that he is right in suggesting a match. I am a good project manager but, equally important, am an effective business person experienced in marketing, sales, business development and communications as well as technical project management. 

I think that I would be able to do a good job for Leapfrog and would like to explore the possibility of joining the company. I would like to come in and meet with you on an exploratory basis at your earliest convenience.
