Dear Ted,
My name is TQ White II. Our mutual friend, Pete Kadens, suggested that I contact you about my intense desire to become a part of the world of Google. There are two reasons that I think this is a good idea. First, Google is growing rapidly and needs people that feel the entrepreneurial urgency required to face new opportunities with energy every day. Second, in this period of rapid growth, Google needs people that can adapt as fast as needs arise, quicker than new talent can be brought on board, and with a comprehensive breadth of skills. My career spans three major categories: engineering R&D, technical sales support, and starting companies. I am fully expert in internet technology and culture. Bridging the gaps between customers, sales people and production was the basis for many of my best accomplishments. The entrepreneurial life taught me how to create a business, make money and build solid accomplishments based on vision. I want to work for Google because I believe it is the single most important company in the United States today. Google embodies the emerging concept of mass customization. Every one of its products I have ever touched is great. I love the company and want to join it in doing great things. I have applied for jobs with the company and know of some needs for which I am perfect. I also know that Google gets thousands of resumes for every job ad it places. I'm looking for a way to get my light out from under the internet resume management bushel. Pete thought that you might be willing to give me a hand in figuring out how to get into Google. I would have spoken to you already but the Google phone system is very protective and I couldn't get through. Would you please call me? My phone number is 708/763-0100. That number rings through to my cell and I would welcome your call any time. Best Regards, TQ White II |
